We do our very best to ensure each customer receives the highest level of professionalism and expertise in completing their desired hairstyle. With that in mind, any issues with your hairstyle may be brought to the attention of the owner within 24 hours after completion. 

If longer than 24 hours, a $50 fee automatically applies for any change no matter how small. If hairstyle has to be redone for whatever reason, the original cost of the style + a $75 fee will apply. 

Deposits made for online bookings will not be refunded if you miss your appointment or cancel your appointment for any reason. Thank you!
